Outburst, Ireland’s first Queer Arts Festival will showcase a range of internationally and locally acclaimed performers, film and music over two weeks at the end of November.One of the primary aims of the festival is to encourage queer people to explore issues of identity through engaging in the arts and creating ongoing platforms for performance, debate and creative innovation in Northern Ireland.
